Dimensions of Space: 638 sq ft; 14.5' x 44'

Description of Space: Front waiting area, water bottles available to purchase, open area with mirrors, bathroom in the back. Props are for studio class use ONLY. Not for rental use.

Policies: ​

• Payment must be made to reserve a room. If you do not pay in advance, you may lose the room to rent.

• Once paid, the room is nonrefundable.

• If you arrive late and the room is not being used after you, then you can finish the amount of time you booked for. Text the studio number to verify availability. If the room is taken after you, you lose out of studio time.

• There is NO eating in the studio or alcohol allowed.

• You are responsible for respecting the space. There is a $15 cleaning fee if the space has spills, garbage on the floors, etc.

• Fitness props are for fitness classes offered by the studio ONLY. These are not for rental use. 

• There is no smoking or vaping of any kind.
