Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow is a measured Vinyasa class for all levels. It consists of traditional yoga poses and sun salutations that are held for longer to work on strength and flexibility in the subtleties of each posture.
Restorative Yoga
This class allows for deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.
